VoxFlow uses WhisperKit, an on-device AI model, to transcribe your voice recordings. Everything happens locally on your iPhone, Mac, or Apple Watch. No audio is ever sent to any server.
Yes. Since transcription happens on your device, you don't need an internet connection to record or transcribe. iCloud sync requires internet, but your recordings are always available locally.
VoxFlow supports 45+ languages including English, Slovak, Czech, German, French, Spanish, and many more. The AI automatically detects the language being spoken.
VoxFlow uses iCloud to sync your recordings across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account and have iCloud enabled in the app settings.
Yes — VoxFlow is 100% free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads, and no data collection. Nothing to cancel, ever.
You can delete individual recordings within the app by swiping left. To delete all data, remove the app from your device and disable iCloud sync. All your data is under your control.
Try these steps: (1) Make sure you're speaking clearly and close to the microphone. (2) Check that the correct language is selected in Settings. (3) Try a different WhisperKit model in Settings (larger models are more accurate). (4) Restart the app.
Yes. You can export recordings as audio files or text transcriptions using the share button on any recording.
