App says "Microphone access denied"

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > enable VoxFlow.

Watch recording fails

Ensure VoxFlow is installed on your Watch. Open the Watch app and tap record. If it fails, restart the Watch app.

Transcription

Transcription is slow or missing

First transcription requires downloading the WhisperKit model (~50MB). After that, transcription works offline. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection for the initial download.

Poor transcription quality

Record in a quiet environment. WhisperKit supports 9 languages. Speak clearly and at a normal pace.

Sync & iCloud

Notes not syncing across devices

Ensure iCloud is enabled: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > VoxFlow. All devices must use the same Apple ID. Pull down to refresh.

Export

Can't export to my folder

On Mac, grant folder access when prompted. On iOS, use the share sheet to save to Files, Dropbox, or any connected service.
