Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxFlow application ("App") provided by bemooore ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using VoxFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoxFlow for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxFlow only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App to record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to your voice recordings and transcriptions. We do not claim any ownership of your content. Your recordings are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account.

4. Price

• VoxFlow is completely free.
• There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads.
• No payment, account, or credit card is ever required.

5. No Data Collection

VoxFlow collects no personal data. All transcription happens locally on your device — no audio ever leaves it.

6. Intellectual Property

VoxFlow, including its design, features, and code, is owned by bemooore and protected by intellectual property laws. The VoxFlow name and logo are trademarks of bemooore.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. In short: all processing happens on your device, and we do not collect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Transcriptions will be 100% accurate.
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The App will meet all your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bemooore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoxFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bemooore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of VoxFlow or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to VoxFlow at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using VoxFlow at any time by deleting the App from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VoxFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
